Senior portraits, family sessions, birthdays, and events — in Studio 1A or on location. Sessions and event coverage include a required 30-minute consultation. Seasonal Club members confirm each shoot with a short pre-shoot form.
Photo sessions
Seniors, families, birthdays, and milestones — in studio or at a location you love.
- Required 30-minute consultation before the shoot
- One location per hour
- Up to 8 fully edited photos per hour
- Every photo delivered in a private online gallery
- Full rights to print and share
Example: 2-hour family session = 2 locations, 16 edited photos, plus ALL the photos from the shoot.
Event photography
Birthdays, celebrations, and campus events — coverage by the hour (2-hour minimum).
- Required 30-minute consultation before the event
- Every photo from the event delivered by private link within 5 days
- Full rights to all images
Example: 3-hour birthday party = $750 standard, $525 Ashburn residents.
The Seasonal Club — 4 Photo Shoots for $400
$400/year (or $100 quarterly). One 20-minute seasonal mini session every 3 months in Studio 1A. New seasonal backdrop each month. You get 5 edited photos plus the full gallery from each shoot. No consultation — we send a short pre-shoot form to confirm details before each session.
Membership includes 4 credits — one for each quarterly mini. Unused credits roll over. Use them as minis, or trade them:
- 4 credits a year — one for each seasonal mini session
- Short pre-shoot form before each session (no consultation)
- Priority booking
- 10% off all prints year-round
- Locked-in rate for founding members
Request a photography session
Seniors, families, birthdays, event coverage, or the Seasonal Club. Submit the form to request a date. We email a confirmation and follow up within 2–3 days — same reservation process as venue and studio rentals.
How booking works
Request a date first. We treat it as a tentative hold until we confirm together. Sessions and event coverage include a required 30-minute consultation. Seasonal Club members confirm each shoot with a short pre-shoot form.

Send the request form. If you want Studio 1A, that date shows as tentative on the calendar while we review it.
We confirm together
Give us 2–3 days. We follow up with payment details — plus consult times for sessions and events, or a pre-shoot form for Seasonal Club. The date is not locked until we confirm with you.
Show up
We shoot, edit, and deliver your private gallery. That's it.
